Things To Do
Our hope is that you will fall as much in love with everything Napa Valley has to offer as we have. Below are some of our favorite locations in Napa. We will continue to update this section with new gems after our visits to Napa during the planning process. Eat, drink and enjoy!
As most of you know we are fans of a great bubbly, be it Champagne from France or it's native relative, Sparkling wine. Schramsberg is a real institution, family owned since 1826. They have the most beautiful caves and delicious wine (most of you have probably had this with us).
Bardessono encompasses chic luxuries with artisinal cocktails and field-to-fork cuisine from their main restaurant Lucy. Even if you just stop in for a cocktail at their hotel lounge it will surely not disappoint.
Being red wine lovers, Flora Springs comes to mind for their amazing reds. Our favorites are the Trilogy and the Ghost winery blends. They can arrange for a private tour of their facilities and you can even partake in barrel tastings!
Bouchon Bakery is one of those places that is worth waiting in line for. Filled with creations inspired by Parisian staples from the macaron to the croissant. This is a place to indulge your sweet tooth.
With a set menu that changes daily your choices will be limited, but who needs choices when every dish is designed especially for a 4-course meal. Pair that with a no fuss ambiance ad hoc is a nice spot for a relaxed dinner.
If you are looking for an exquisite fine dinning experience, we urge you to make your reservation at Meadowood soon. This 3 Michelin star restaurant, with an approachable seasonal tasting menu, casual elegance and divine food, will be a special treat for the foodie in you.
Or simply take a stroll through Lincoln Ave. in Calistoga, visit Main Street St. Helena or have a picnic in Yountville to discover your own favorites. Be sure to report back your finds!
