Because drinking and driving don’t mix we’ve arranged for transportation to all the wedding related events during the weekend.  Below are details to help you navigate during #johnstonwedding weekend!


All pick-up and drop off will be from one location to eliminate any confusion throughout the weekend.  The pick-up location is conveniently located in central Calistoga near accommodations to majority of the guests. 

Pick-up Location: Comfort Inn Calistoga, 1865 Lincoln Ave CA 94515

Getting There: We chose this location because fortunately it’s located within walking distance to many of the wedding guests’ accommodations, yay!  However, those staying further away have the choice of taking a cab or driving to the pick-up location.

Parking: If you choose to drive to the Pick-up location, you cannot utilize patron parking at the Comfort Inn, you’ll need to park on the street side on Lincoln Ave.


Weekend Itinerary: Transportation Only

Friday – Welcome event at Ma(i)sonry, 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Departure time: Shuttles depart promptly at 3:45 p.m.
  • Return: To allow guest the ability to enjoy Yountville at their leisure, the best option is for individuals to arrange for individual transportation back to their hotels.

Quick Tip: Have your restaurant call a Black Tie Taxi, they are most reliable and typically more affordable.  You will need to call in advance so arrange for the call around dessert time.  

or  Good ol' Uber is now operating in Napa!

Saturday – Wedding Day! Ceremony starts at 5:30 p.m.

  • Departure time: Shuttles depart promptly at 4:30 p.m.
  • Return: At conclusion of the evening, approximately midnight

Sunday – Wine Tour (Optional Event), All-day event

  • Departure time: Shuttles depart promptly at 10:15 a.m.
  • Return: 5:00 p.m.

Quick Tip: Lunch will be served.  Bring your CC as you will have the opportunity to purchase additional wine bottles to take back home with you. 

PS.  If you have not already signed up for the Wine Tour and plan to come, please do so by Friday, 5/16 to ensure there’s seating reserved for you.
